The Pietermaritzburg primary school counsellor who is facing allegations of rape and sexual misconduct relating to his pupils has been granted bail of R10 000 at the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
He has been given
stringent bail conditions and warned not to interfere with state witnesses.
His bail
conditions also state that he is not allowed to train, coach, teach or counsel
any person below the age of 18.
The trial has been
set down for July this year in the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
